9AM
As my jam-packed schedule doesn’t always allow me to go to the gym, I indulge in some cardio at home. Off late, checking my weight is a priority.
10AM
After my workout sesh, I make sure to refuel and replenish with a healthy lunch. If there is ‘golbhedko achar’ on the plate, it’s bye bye spoon and fork; time to dig in with my fingers.
11AM
The first hour of my work-day starts with me checking and responding to my emails and getting briefed on work-related updates. This is also the time when I sip green tea.
2PM
I’m currently looking after IMS and Samsung Nepal, so I sit down for a daily meeting with the Head of Departments for a work review and to plan ahead.
5PM
Balancing my social and professional life is essential. After a busy day, I hang out with my friends at the Embassy Restaurant—I love the Thai food they serve there.
6PM
Most events or functions that I have to attend begin at this time. It provides a break from my daily grind and refreshes my mind. Networking with people is a priority.
8PM
Family bonding is an attribute that we’ve been cherishing ever since we were kids. We sit together, watch TV or chit-chat— a daily ritual that goes without fail!
10PM
I’m a huge fan of football. On Saturdays my friends and I head for a game of football. If I am not playing, I’m at home unwinding with a game of FIFA on my PS4.
