Here is a simple process of how to take a loan in Nepal
1. Talk with your banker and decide what type (term loan, business loan, personal Overdraft, business overdraft, housing loan, vehicle loan etc) and how much you want to take.
2. Clarify your income source. Show rental income, business income, professional income etc.
3. Decide on what to put for collateral.
4. Make blueprint of collateral (naksha) , 4 corners certification ( char killa), proof of tax payment on property and house (tiro ra ghar kar), lalpurja, ghar sampanna, ghar ko blue print etc.
5. If you have a business make all documents of business ready like recent tax clearance, MOA and AOA, certificate of registration, PAN or VAT, license of doing business etc, past audited reports and future projection.
6. Citizenship certificate photocopy of all family members, passport size photo of loan applicant.
That should be all. Now you can ask your banker to process your loan.
Best of luck
